Unlike traditional businesses, there is no hierarchy of employees within a startup. This in turn makes the startup employees feel part of a community, encouraging and affirming each individual’s humanity. But like any practice, there are pros and cons to a ‘startup culture’ as well.
It is essential to define the culture early on, the culture forms the ethos for the company. A challenge that appears in setting up the startup culture is the actual mission, the goal of a budding organisation.
